    How is the Program structured?
    • Each program is packed with useable content to assist you in developing your business influential communication skills
    • In some modules, and at the end of every module there are exercises that you can apply immediately in your professional and person life
    • Each module has a “Module Question to Move Minds.” This question is designed to challenge the way you communicate.

    How many and how long are the modules?
    • Fourteen.
    • How often will I receive a new module? Depends – if you chose Step-by-Step or the Fast Track option.
      • Fast Track Option: You will receive access to all the modules at once.
      • Step-by-Step Option: You will receive one or two modules a week. We recommend Step-by-Step so you can do the exercises between each module.
    • How long is each module? Most are under an hour. Each module time is at the beginning of the module.

    How long do I have access to each module?

    Can I change my options from Step-by-Step to fast track or vice-versa?

    No, once you have selected Step-by-Step or Fast Track, you cannot change the method of which you have access to the modules. Read more

    Is there an order to which we should do the modules?
    • We assist you with that decision, by providing you the order of the modules by how they are numbered (in the Fast Track option), or how they are delivered (in the Step-by-Step option).
    • Module delivery does not follow the order of the “10 Planning components to a Persuasive Presentation.” We have intermixed the planning and delivery skills to promote more immediate practice as well as become engaged into the complete process faster.

    How do I practice the skills I learn?

    We have Ignite Your Edgeness Exercises after every module, designed to use in your daily professional and personal communication. Read more

    How do I make this program practical to my everyday life?
    • The programs are designed with real business situations in mind. There are several examples throughout the program demonstrating relevance to real world situations.
    • Think of a presentation/meeting that you need to conduct, or one that you foresee yourself doing in the future. Use all the all the tools to help you prepare and execute that interaction. By using a real life example you will increase your involvement and therefore increase your retention of the new material.

    How do I expedite my learning?

    Where can I get more information about these skills?
    • There is more information on the worksheets than what will be covered in the online modules. All the worksheets are downloadable and compile a workbook, which should be used as resource for years to come.
    • Also as an Ignite Excellence client you will receive “Ignite Insights” for the  year that will provide practical use of the influencing skills.
    • The Ignite Excellence Blog, on this site and at (www.igniteexcellence.com) and the Suzanne F Stevens blog (www.suzannefstevens.com) provide as resources of how develop your skills both personally and professionally.

    Will I receive a certificate upon completion of an IgniteU program?

    What is the best approach to scheduling my training?
    • Commit time every week
    • Regardless if you are on the Fast Track or Step-by-Step option, you should commit time every week to your influential communications develop.
    • If you are on the Step-by-Step option you will receive a module or two every 7 days. Make sure you pick a day or night every week to focus for an hour on your development. It is like going to University or College; you need to show up for class on the designated day to be committed to your development.
